House is not clean Bedding is old One bedroom had a very foul smelling drain Wi-Fi did not work

Very dirty pots/pans, not cleaned , outside braai very poor, old chest freezer inside kitchen not working but stil their, overall dirty kitchen!!! Beds allso poor, warnout!!!

Owner was very approachable and phoned back promptly when we left a message. Very comfortable and rollator (walker) friendly. Comfortable, nothing over the top accommodation. Amazing setting and a lovely, strong flow of water in shower.

Had problems with the alarm, but the security came very quickly.

It was really a great stay and easy to access. A real good Nature Experience and nice to drive around and see all the wild animals as well as seeing the visiting friendly animals at the house.

The location was the only good thing about this house.

The house is generally in need of a serious spring clean (especially the kitchen), replacement of bed linen and bath towels and some repairs and maintenance. For example, there were NO clean kitchen towels or dish cloths etc at all - we had to try to wash the few filthy, ancient ones which were there. Some of the cutlery and crockery was not clean either and had to be washed before use. This is NOT acceptable in a self-catering establishment. Some of the time, the owner did not reply timeously to messages or phone calls if there was a problem. We were also not informed that the house would be 'serviced' (irregularly) and halfheartedly. We are also still waiting for the invoice to be emailed, which was promised by the owner.
