Great location - central but very quiet. Wood burning stove is brilliant, love the spacious open-plan kitchen/living room/diner. Clean, well-maintained, everything we needed.

I mean, I'd love if it was on the ground floor, but it wouldn't feel so private and secluded if it was, so I can live with a few steps!

"A great, homely property, with ample space for the five of us (with three 'grown up' children)."

We thought it was an excellent property - well furnished, very clean and homely. The location was great for exploring the Borders and facilities in Innerleithen are a couple of minutes walk away. Games were provided, which were great and added to the homeliness. We'd happily return!

It was cold on the first night and it wasn't obvious that central heating was on a hive set-up (which we aren't familiar with). We texted Jamie in the morning and actually got ourselves sorted out - from then onwards, it was lovely and cosy!
