Homely feel. Nice layout and warm. Our bed was very comfortable.

Not too far from the centre of Innerleithen plenty of room in the accomadation and all very clean decorated to high standard and lot of thought gone jnto the book to say we're all attractions in the nearby area are!? Will come again if I am lucky enough to get booked in here

Everything was fine not far from the bus stop its around 90 minutes to get into Central Edinburgh

"Everything we wanted in a holiday home."

Incredibly quiet but only a few minutes walk from the village centre (and its fab ice-cream shop!) and the start of the biking and walking trails. Friendly locals, Easy parking.

Nothing really - a pretty garden for sitting in (the garden is 'functional') would be the icing on the cake but that's no reason to mark this place down in my view.
