Die abgebildeten Bilder sind vor 4 Jahren entstanden. Keine Klimaanlage, sehr schlechtes Internet. Ein Muss heutzutage. Man kann kaum schlafen, bei der Affenhitze wenn es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Abends lüften geht auch nicht, dann hat man das Mückenparadies im Haus. Auf den Bildern sehen die Zimmer größer aus. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist winzig, man kommt kaum am Bett vorbei. Für unseren Geschmack alles zu Puppenstubenartig. Was uns auf alle Fälle in der Küche gefehlt hat, war eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Die Beachbar ist jeden Tag geöffnet und es kommen viele Autos vorbei. Hunderte Leute werden auch mit Booten in die idyllische Bucht gebracht, was zu sehr viel Lärm und Müll am Strand führt. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist jedes Mal eine Herausforderung gewesen, weil der Weg teilweise sehr eng ist und wir ein Mal 3x rückwärts fahren mussten, da immer wieder Gegenverkehr war.

The host, Ana, was very nice and really helpful. The property itself is nicely decorated, clean and has all the amenities a person could need (apart from the AC, there’s a fan though). The tap water is not drinkable but we were greeted with plenty of bottled water waiting for us in the fridge (even some local beer). There’s a covered place for you to park your car and the sea is a few steps away.

From the pictures here on Booking it seems that there’s nothing but some gravel/grassy patches in front of the property and right after that is the sea - this is no longer the case as the grassy patches are now a parking lot that gets pretty crowded during the peak hours. The place is in a somewhat remote location that is connected by a car-wide road which gets super busy and leaving/entering the property by car gets pretty challenging. If you’re a bad driver and do not know how to quickly reverse into a widened part of the road to let the cars from the other direction pass, this place might not be for you. The beach behind the parking lot gets quite a bit crowded too and the beach bar nearby gets loud, the music usually plays until 9PM and you’ll hear it from inside the house. If you’re looking for a calm place to stay - this might not be for you. We managed to find a place under the tree 10 minutes from the property (walking along the shore line) which was pretty nice and the music from the bar was less distracting there. Lastly - the internet/cell service in the whole Trogir area was horrendous but that might be a temporary issue (the WiFi wouldn’t really work due to this issue either).

I spent a wonderful week there with my family. The accommodation is very nice, clean, tidy. It is located in a beautiful bay. The sea is just a few steps away. We had coffee there every morning. Split and Trogir are also close. Ana is very nice and helpful. Beer, mineral water and other goodies were waiting for us in the fridge. Ana's mother and her friend are also fantastically nice. They even brought beautiful flowers. I recommend this apartment to everyone. We are already looking forward to going to the Rafael apartment next summer.

Ubytovanie bolo skutočne výnimočné, útulný domček s terasou, záhradou s grilom a vonkajším posedením. Pláž je len pár krokov, čo je výborné a kedykoľvek počas dňa sa dá odbehnúť do chládku a súkromia. Pani majiteľka Ana je veľmi milá, nápomocná kedykoľvek ju oslovíte. Veľmi sa nám páčilo aj našemu psíkovi a nechcelo sa nám ísť domov...

Všetko bolo úplne v poriadku, nič čo by vadilo
