Stamford Redcot Gardens Stylish 2 bed Family town house with parking

Great location, Excellent facilities, shower was powerful. Owners were nice and told me they would honour the price i paid for the accomadation with booking.com even though booking.com had messed up the asking price by a few hundred pounds!!

The upstairs floor boards make a loud noise when walking on them or rolling over in bed 😔 its impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking the rest of the house up. Shower screen needs attention to stop it opening so floor does not get wet when showering. The houses around are residential and the next door neighbour told the owners there was a party at the house at a time when i was not in 🤷‍♂️ not sure what that was about but the owner was friendly enough about it so i did not feel the need to follow it up with the neighbour, but it did make me not want to stay there on the last night.

Great location, only a few minutes walk into beautiful Stamford. 😊

Location town centre very close just what we wanted. Nice coffee machine Parking space Property very very clean on arrival House was stylish and modern decor and accessories Clean white sheets Clean white towels Loved that there was tea/ coffee/ sugar/ washing up liquid/ hand soap/ tea towels- big bonus was not expecting this! Kitchen kitted out well with everything we needed.

Garden is not looked after, weeds, overgrown bushes, lawn uncut. This was disappointing as couldn’t let out little one play out on the lawn Bathroom finish wasn’t great all around the edging above the skirting board Some parts were outdated wallpaper painted over white door handles, artex ceilings etc.

I think the key code was my fault

There was no instant coffee left in the jar, but there was plenty of coffee pods. I would have liked a decaf option.
