The parking and streets were a little tight when driving a big truck

USHot tub
The lights in one bedroom & one bathroom didn't work, & was still charged full price for the stay.
USBreakfast was not offered, but we did have folgers coffee , sugar and powdered creamer provided. A Good size, Nice older cabin. Very comfortable beds and bedding. It was nice being located directly across the street from the indoor pool, game room & exercise room. The location was right off the strip, which was great. The portable heaters provided was very nice. The Dove hair products and bar soap was a nice surprise.
We rented this cabin primarily for the private hot tub. The water pipes over the roof, covering the grill patio were leaking. The under roof of the patio under the pipes had been remove to reveal the pipes. This might reveal prior knowledge of the leaky pipes.The hot tub was a foot low on water and was centimeters from not getting into the skimmer. Which would have cause a burtout motor. The water was also, murky, green & cloudy and smelled awful. It took 2 days to get maintence to fix part of it. They fixed the leaking drainage pipes, added water by the previously tore open screen in that room, they said they shocked it, but it was still green and murky. Due to this we were not able to use the hot tub AT All!! I needed it because my back is fused from L2-L5! The manager contacted the owner for a partial refund. He said the owner accepted a refund of $100, that we NEVER have recieved! We have been home 4 days now and are still waiting for our refund! The upstairs Bathroom sink was cloggedand drained slow. The bedroom on the main level tv only aired the weather station, even though it was supposed to have cable. The main floor bathtub did not have a screen over the drain, therefore one of the small Dove bars of soap went down the drain and partially plugged it. Maintenance did not fix the upstairs sink or the drain in the main floor bathtub. There was a note on the dryer saying to empty the lint holder, but no instructions as to where it was located! If you were shorter than 6ft you couldn't even get it out to empty. The manager reported that the hot tub, sink & bathtub were repaired, but they weren't. It took 2 whole days to get a Manager to return our calls! That is not good customer assistance.
USLocation and wifi was good
Cable was horrible, outdated remotes, fireplace didn't work, rugs were a trip hazard , refrig light was out and the balcony upstairs has loose post and dry rotted wood in places. The spiral staircase is cute but not safe, my dog fell, then my son-in law also fell.

we had our dogs here and there was no accessible grass to take them out easily.
USThe cabin was very roomy, clean, and organized. They left instructions on how to check in and out. Ans the staff reached out to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
