USThe location, the view, comfortable beds the cabin itself and it was close to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly and we met staff that cleaned and did maintenance on the property; they were also very friendly. Our vacation was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Smokies.

USWe love the log cabin Style the inside was absolutely beautiful we liked how we had a separate bed room and bathroom on each floor love the fact that we had our own kitchen all the way around just a wonderful place to stay would recommend to anybody if they asked
We had a couple of incidents at the inside pool where there was alcohol involved a lot of disruption to some of the guests
