Sin duda la ubicación, la tranquilidad de la urbanización

En la cama del piso de arriba el colchón necesita recambio. El sumidero del cuarto de baño de la planta baja, se atascó desde el primer día. Al parecer es un problema general en la isla, pero habría que revisarlo después de cada alquiler.

Great location. Not too far from the center in a quiet area. Walking ( nice walking) distance to the beaches. Casa Felicidad is a fantastic place. Shame we stayed 6 nights only. Clean, comfortable to all, have everything to make food. The neighbour is very friendly.. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning. We will definitely go back to Casa Felicidad!

La posizione ed il giardino

Le infiltrazioni d'acqua dalle porte e porte finestre dopo ogni pioggia. La caldaia dell'acqua calda non funzionante all'inizio e sistemata dopo 3 interventi. La scarsa dotazione di biancheria per il bagno a cui ho provveduto personalmente

Las instalaciones y la piscina

Las camas horribles, los colchones durísimos o demasiados flojos no pude dormir en una semana. No dejaron cambio de sábanas. Dijeron que nos dejaban 3 toallas de baño y una de playa por persona y solo dejaron una de baño. A la cocina le falta menaje. No tienen batidora, el hervidor para tirarlo a la basura. No dejaron bolsas de basura, 3 rollos de papel higiénico únicamente. Polvo debajo de las camas y suciedad, habían bolsas de golosinas. En fin, no repetiremos, no se puede cobrar como un hotel y dar unos servicios pésimos.

The settee wasn't very comfortable

I loved that it was a corner property with a large outdoor area. I loved that there was a washing machine in the property. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms one upstairs one downstairs. Loved that the main upstairs bedroom had 2 balconies. I liked the decor and the comfort of the beds. There was a Spanish and International supermarket just around the corner. Marina Rubicon is just a 10 minute walk and we also enjoyed our 20 minutes promenade walk to the main sandy beach and another 10 minutes walk into the main shopping street. I loved it so much I would buy it if it was for sale.

It would have been even better if there was a dishwasher and a long mirror downstairs. The garden would have maximum usage if the black sand area of the garden was grass.
