Kruger River Holiday Home

The size of the rooms, the size of the living areas, kitchen and the outdoor space is incredible. I dont think the pictures on booking actually reveal how big and beautiful the place is. Its right by the crocodile river and the animals in Marloth were always around so its a great experience. Sizwe and Fortunate who helped us each day around the house were so friendly and kind to all of us, i cant speak highly enough of them.

Had electrical problems And staircase to the outlook deck is impossible to climb ( steps are to high ) Water mixers in kitchen and showers Not working to well

Entertainment area was superb. The viewing was also exceptional.

Big stairs to the upper deck. We were all 'oldies' and battled with the height (or gap) between the stairs. This is merely an observation and in no way detracted from our experience.

Great location. Too bad we did not have time to enjoy the outside of the house, it looked awesome with a view on the river.

The sound during the showers. But it was not so long so it's okay. :)

It is a self catering business,so not applicable.We loved the situation in the bush with animals calling in for treats! The environment is beautifully.All mod cons in the house with very comfy beds.The lady looking after us ,Precious,was great,nothing was too much trouble.

What not to like !!

Beautiful few, animals walking around the property and the nighttime animal sounds. The cleaning service everyday was wonderful.

I received no communication on how we will be getting into the property, had to assume someone would meet us there. Some of the gas stove plates weren't working, the lighter to light the stove was empty. The tv made a terrible noise the whole time it was on.

We had a great 3 night stay here! Very spacious and lots of room for 2 families, clean and very well equipped. We loved the outdoor spaces, including the BBQ and firepit which was lovely to sit around at night and listen to all the animals sounds from the river :). The on-site staff were quick to answer questions or help (one morning the toaster shorted out electricity, but it was solved immediately). Our kids loved seeing warthogs, monkeys and impala at the doorstep each day!

3 nights went by very fast! We could have stayed longer and didn't have time to explore Marloth Park. We forgot to ask directions at the entrance gate so the first time finding the house using Google Maps was a bit tricky.
