Kruger River Holiday Home

Excellent location on the river bank and very private. The entertainment area is very well designed and has a nice flow to it. Architecture and decoration here very pleasant. They have 3 options for a braai: gas, built-in and wood/charcoal.

It appears as if the building was architected around an older house; remodeled in a sort of rustic style wherein several items could have been completed in a more professional way. But all very clean and well kept.

The location next to the CrocodileRiver was very scenic. The birds and animals were engaging. So pleasant to walk along the river. Beds very comfortable. Outside cooking facilities amazing.

The shower in the last bedroom was very difficult to manage.

It was very good. Loved it. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

The pool was very cold. A little warmer would have been great.

The location of this house within the park is wonderful. From the viewing deck we were able to see a lot of animals (inside the garden and on the river banks). Housekeeping was great and the kitchen equipment was excellent. There is an option for 3 types of Braai (gas, coal and wood), which is very convenient. The house is very spacious outside as well as inside. Loved the outdoor shower as well! We highly recommend staying at this place and will definitely consider putting it on our schedule if we were to come back to SA.

We had some unfortunate issues with our arrangements for the game drives organised by the lodge owner. From our experience I would recommend booking it at one of the many alternative companies in the park or at Kruger itself.

The interior is quite dark

The outside area , bedrooms , that the kitchen was fully equipped. Safe, beautiful, peaceful so much space. It was an absolute joy to be there! Will definitely be back!!

Just a pity the trees blocked alot of our view of the river. And the fire pit was away from everyone that was enjoying the view in front
