It suited our needs with a plus. Even though we did not meet anyone, the communication more than made up for this fact.

A little bit of TLC/DIY here and there. Other than that, everyone loved the place.

Had an amazing stay x lovely property with great decor and furnishings x would definitely return again as always visit alton towers and this location was perfect x lovely little extras on arrival ❤️

Absolutely everything you could need, very well equipped , lovely comfy beds , immaculately clean. Owners were very accommodating for our requests to move beds for children’s needs, quick to respond to messages. Lovely welcome note and goodies left and basics of milk and juice in the fridge. Our stay was for a wedding at Modershall Oaks so ideal location, family group of 3 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for all.

Very clean and spacious big room beds comfortable. They had provided milk, orange juice Pepsi. Also provided tea and coffee and cereal. All amenities needed. Plenty of crockery. Love the place

Well appointed, kitchen well equipped cos we used it😊 Comfy rooms especially bedrooms. Slightly tight to all sit around dining table , Nice conservatory and garden area nice to get out in. Quiet road for parking.

Nothing really.. you can always find something but it would be very minor and not worth mentioning
