The House of Light

The place is very beautiful and authentic in a traditional, peaceful village. We loved it.

The place is definitely smaller than the square meters mentioned in the post. If you are traveling with a child or want separate bedrooms, please be aware that everything is basically in one room. Also, the terrace is downstairs and there is no sun. We solved this by putting the chairs on the marble-tiled pedestrian path right outside the apartment, which was a charming place to have breakfast. But I feel it is important to mention that the upstairs terrace you see on the pictures is not part of the rental.

Ruhige Lage, überkomplette Ausstattung in der Küche und bester Qualität, zusätzliche Extras wie Kaffee, Zucker, hausgemachte Marmelade, Essig, Salz,Öl etc. Die freundlichste Betreuung, die wir jemals hatten. Gelungene Innenausstattung durch Kombination altes Gemäuer mit moderner komfortabler Einrichtung. Bad mit Waschmaschine und Dusche mit Wänden (kein Vorhang der immer klebt)

Keine direkte Zufahrt, aber eine hervorragende Wegbeschreibung durch eine Marmor belegte Fussgängerzone. Doch einige Stufen bis zum Quartier.

The location was great because it was in the middle of the island so everything was close. The hostess was incredible, very nice, helpful and friendly! The had a welcome basket on the table with lots of breakfast bits, honey, bread, marmalade etc which was really nice too!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία απο τους διαχειριστές του καταλύματος, το καταλυμμα είχε τα πάντα, ότι χρειάζεται για να προσφέρει μια ευχάριστη διαμονη. Πεντακάθαρο σε όλους τους χώρους του με ήσυχη γειτονιά! Το highlight των ημερών τα υπέροχα δωράκια για πρωινό απο τη γλυκύτατη κυρία, μας έφερνε κάθε μερα σύκα δικής της παραγωγής! Σε επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στο νησί σίγουρα θα ειναι η πρώτη επιλογή μας!

Ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή για last minute δωμάτιο που έχω μείνει. Όλα τακτοποιημένα και καθαρά, πολύ καλή συνεννόηση και επιτέλους ένα κλιματιστικό που λειτουργεί καλά σε ενοικιαζόμενα. Είμαι σίγουρος ότι θα ξαναγυρίσω για περισσότερες μέρες αυτή τη φορά!

The room is beautiful and the location is amazing. I saw the sun rise every morning.

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit small and lack loads of small essentials that would make the stay more comfortable.
