Casa do sanguinho

The house is situated in an amazing position looking over the village. The house had everything you could need including the best shower. Everything was very clean. It is not the quietest village but in a good way. You have the stream beside the house, the chitter chatter of the hikers as the trail begins and ends by the house, a haunting sound from birds a night (initially we thought it was a baby crying but it was a bird), never heard anything like it plus, our favourite ‘Cowbella’! A singular cow with a bell grazing across the stream. To hear the bell in the morning made us smile. Jose was very helpful.

The bed was a bit hard but i guess thats personal preference.

Das Haus ist wirklich fantastisch gelegen, der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und außerordentlich fürsorglich. Der Ort ist mit Abstand der schönste auf der Insel und der Trail, direkt hinterm Haus gelegen absolut großartig, wenn auch in Teilen etwas herausfordernder, ein absolutes Muss.

Bellissima casetta con due camere da letto al piano superiore, due bagni (e una doccia), ampio soggiorno e cucina abitabile, terrazza con vista sull'oceano e Faial de terra. Posizionato proprio all'imbocco dei sentieri escursionistici. Host molto disponibile e accogliente.

Posizione scomoda per visitare tutta l'isola, comoda solo per l'estrema zona est. Soppalco rumoroso e scricchiolante. Letti duri.

Pohodlný, perfektně čistý a dobře vybavený dům na krásném a klidném místě. V blízkosti turistické stezky i oceán. Hostitel José je pozorný, předání klíčů snadné.

Location is perfect for hiking and exploring this side of the island

Ein wunderschönes Haus in naturnaher Lage. Es ist modern und super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und stand mit Tipps zur Seite. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man wandern oder zu Fuß den Ort und das Meer erreichen.

It’s location

Perfect location to enjoy the superb trails in the area. The house is basically at the trailhead. The surrounding valley is really beautiful and the terrace offers great views. The house is comfortable, really clean, and with all the basics necessary for meal preparation.
