Casa do sanguinho

Tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor sleeping on the 1st floor. Lots of places, probably more than 2 people. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen fully equipped, above standard = olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. + a nice gift in the form of chilled water in the fridge and a can of beer. Parking in front of the house is fine. A beautiful view of the stream and the village that borders it. Very helpful owner, communication very fast. We were very satisfied.

The location, the house, the view, the owner If i can give more than 10 i would definitely do.

Location right beside the river, near the local hiking trails. We never met the host but he was very responsive to our messages.

Parking on the road was tight. Construction/renovation next door slightly noisy.

Very nice home in an absolutely beautiful setting. Excellent communication and interaction with owner. Lots of local information and a lovely welcome arrangements of beverages.

Nice and clean. Peacefully located in a small town with beautiful hiking trails. Not much in the town, but you can get the essentials in the local minimart and there is a local restaurant/bar

The location is idyllic on the start of a walking route, next to a stream, the village is quite. The house has been restored with quality build and fittings and the kitchen has all you need to dine at home. Out door seating area to sit outside and enjoy nature. Lovely view from the house down the valley towards the sea.

No wardrobe or draws to store clothes, however these is a ledge around the room where I organised by clothes into piles. No washing machine. More sockets required for charging phone in bedroom.

This is a really nice and quiet, exceptionally clean place perfect for hikers. The host left some food, fruit and good wine and reacted very quickly to messages. The host also had some really good tips for excursions and restaurants. We really liked our stay and would come again. Highly recommended.

The house was very beautiful. Everything was really clean & tidy. Check-In & Out was easy with a key locker box. The house is just perfectly located near a river & two trails. You have enough space to put your car at the streets. Faial da Terra itself is a small village - it has a supermarket & two bars/restaurants.

Nothing to add - we loved to stay here :)
