Baan Heaven / Patong Beach Pool Villa Sleeps up to 15

A Little Slice of Paradise – Baan Heaven Villa Our stay at Baan Heaven Villa was absolutely incredible! With 8 adults and 3 kids staying for two weeks, we needed space, comfort, and convenience—and this villa delivered on all fronts. The location was perfect—close enough to Patong for easy access to all the action but tucked away enough for peace and privacy. The views over Patong were stunning, especially in the evenings! The pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for the kids and a refreshing escape from the heat and hecticness of bangla road for the adults . The host was fantastic—nothing was ever too much to ask, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free holiday. Having Jinnys Café right next door was a bonus (amazing food and cocktails!), and the laundromat made life so much easier, especially with kids in tow. Baan Heaven Villa was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience in Patong, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

If we had to pick one tiny downside (literally tiny), it would be the mosquitoes! Those little ninjas were determined to join our holiday uninvited. This isn’t the villa’s fault—it’s just part of the Phuket experience—but we highly recommend packing some 95% DEET repellent unless you want to be the all-you-can-eat buffet for these buzzing locals. That said, a good spray-down before heading outside kept them at bay, and it definitely didn’t stop us from having an amazing time!

The pool was refreshing. Lots of outdoor space to visit and eat all together.

Toilets didn't have privacy.

Dining Space for group

Property location is high up on a steep hill. This cause us to always get grab cancellation during hiring. Besides, with group of children and elderly, it is not possible to walk to beach or even to Patong Beach. Check in need cash deposit without prior notice.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT RIC THE HOST WAS SO HELPFUL THE ROOMS WERE BIG CLEAN AND THE BED VERY COMFORTBLE THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMLY HOLIDAY. 5 MINUTES FROM PATONG CENTER.

The outside kitchen, large rooms with bathrooms, beautiful garden, modern swimming pool Rick. Our host always responded right away. He deserves 10 points!
