The villa was amazing the pool and rooms were always kept clean and provided fresh towels everyday. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

The owners unannounced open access should send text before coming in.

"Baan Heaven- Nirvana"

Baan Heaven was exceptional for a big group of 15 family members and all parties had their own bedrooms with ensuites. Our host Ric and his wonderful team of staff where very accommodating and had some insightful advice to make our trip truly memorable.

After a very long trip and luggage that did not arrive, Ric and his son gave us a soft landing in Phuket, our first stop in Thailand. The house was absolutely beautiful and their hospitality unmatched. My nephews were very pleased with the beach ball they received as a gift from Ric. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Super friendly host, super good location for the beaches and nightlife. Perfect Pool and amazing rooms. Host was available to help whenever needed.

That we couldnt stay longer.
