Terracitas 28 & 27

This place is perfect for a holiday. The location couldn't be better. Spar shop and pups and restaurants hire shops and pharmacy just outside. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were spotless. The villa was very well equipped with more than enough crockery and utensils. Every channel on the tv including all sports channels videos and series on demand. And although it's in prime location. The villa is in a gated community and it feels like you are on the outskirts as it so quite. Santiago is always around and goes out of his way to be helpful. I have never gone to the same destination twice but now that I have found this place , I will be returning regularly as nowhere else will even come close to this .

That I had to go home

The host Santi was a really lovely man. Nothing wa too much trouble. A really nice touch was a fully stocked fridge upon arrival. Also the location was great as we did not want to hire a car, but could walk into the town and port.

The villa was in a very quite complex. so near to shops, restaurants, beach and bus stop. Santi was a good host, very helpful and friendly. The Villa was well equipped with outside barbecue if you wanted to eat at home

Great location, beach and shops are an easy stroll. Parking next to the accommodation. Very friendly host, overboard to make sure we were happy with everything.

Nothing really. The standard of accommodation was fairly basic but all clean, functional and excellent value for money.

Villa has everything you need for a really comfortable stay in a great location. Communication with Pam was great and Santi was very welcoming and always on hand with TinTin if we needed anything or had any questions.

A fantastic property in a great location. Away from the hustle but a 10 minute walk into playa blanca. Santi was so friendly and helpful, we saw him daily as he came to check the pool, ask if all was ok. The kitchen was well equipped, comfy beds, lovely outdoor space and plenty of hot water. We wouldn't hesitate to come again!

Cold pool but the beaches are so close that it wasn't really an issue.

We were met by Santi who was a real gem of a host. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any questions or queries answered or dealt with straight away. Within minutes of arriving at the property he had taken my husband to rent a mobility scooter for me as I have trouble walking which meant I didn’t miss a minute of my holiday. Santi clearly takes great pride in his properties and works extremely hard to ensure you have everything you need and you enjoy your stay. On arrival there were plenty of provisions to use. The house was clean and had everything you need toosettle you in and make life easy. The outdoor space was amazing! Everyone could find a place to suit them! I love the sun and my husband likes the shade; this property had everything. Pam was brilliant at communicating with us and ensuring our easy arrival at Terracitas, and Santi, well just a genuine, hardworking and fun host: The saying “we met as strangers and left as friends” is just a great fit. We are already looking at dates we might return.

Great location, out of thr gates was a large spar. villa was lovely and clean with Plenty of outdoor seating areas. The bedrooms were a great size. One of the best family holidays we have had and so relaxed. The swimming pool is a great size and the man came around every morning to clean it and say hello, he was really nice and friendly.

The jacuzzi didn't get hot and was on a timer so we couldnt activate it ourselves. so didn't really use it but this is the only reason I didn't give it a 10

Everything it was very clean And Santi the owner was so helpful The villa is very well equipped the Tv system excellent Very central to beaches restaurants shops etc

Swimming pool was not heated So you braved the cold pool
