Terracitas 28 & 27

The villa was nice the pool was amazing, great location certainly not disappointed. The host was very helpful when we arrived, we had a fantastic week in Lanzarote.

As above overall I am quite happy with the villa, perhaps a little TLC in a few places wouldn't go amiss. I did have an issue that I made the owner aware of it was sorted straight away

The shared grounds are great, lovely location and comfortable villa with all the accessories you could want. Santi is a great host and nothing is too much trouble.

Great location, Flamingo beach is 10 mins walking, all facilities (shops, restaurants) are close by. Santi, our host, was super friendly. We were given everything we needed for the kitchen (washing liquid, cooking oil, etc.) and even ground coffee for the coffee machine. The swimming pool came handy as not all of us were keen to go to the beach in the midday when the UV exposure was high. We used BBQ several times to cook fresh fish which we bought from the local fish market (next to the ferry pier). Delicious!

Everything was great, cannot name a single thing which we didn't like.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday but still close enough to shops restaurants the ferry Port and a lovely beach.The villa had everything we needed . We would deffinatly stay here in the future as we found the villa was perfect for us and the owner Santiago and his little helper Tin Tin were very attentive and greeted us nearly every morning while doing his daily jobs around the villas... He even purchased pods for the coffee machine for us when we arrived😊

Our firsr impression was that the villa interior decor is a little dated but it was clean and we had everything we needed and everything was in good working order. we did not use the Jacuzzi as we were concerned about its cleanliness after other people had used it as it is shared between the 3 Villas.

Nothing to be negative about

Excellent villa in walking distance of all amenities. Communication with Pam before stay was excellent & lots of info sent through to easily find the complex. Met on arrival by Santi who was really helpful showing us how everything worked - tv, jacuzzi etc. Santi was an excellent host, always checked everything was ok if he was at the villas. Lovely pool area with sun beds outside the villa which is shared with 2 other properties. Private terrace with bbq, sofas & 2 tables & chairs. Highly recommend the property & would definitely stay again if we are back in Playa Blanca.

The villa is close to the port and the wide walkway to Playa Flamingo and beyond to the West. We mostly layed by the pool on a lazy holiday. The ferry port was just across from the villa and the shopping and restaurants were only 5 minutes walk to the east. We spent relaxing time having coffees or beers watching the ferries go to and fro. We went to the Saturday Market at Marina Robinson to which we returned on our last evening for dinner at Lanni's.
