Shebamona No loadshedding

The house was really neat and had everything we needed. We had so many visitors throughout the day; bushbuck, kudus, zebra, warthogs and mongoose to name just a few. The goody basket Marie put together was a nice surprise! We can't wait to go back!

Marie van Eeden, the host, is most accommodating and friendly. She had snacks, a bottle of wine, and bags of ice ready for us on arrival at no extra cost. The house is in immaculate condition. There was a lovely fireplace and braai area where we enjoyed the wine and snacks before retiring for the night. The beds are very comfortable.

The gravel road to Shebamona and in the Marloth Park area needs some work. It is not in a good condition.

Marie was hospitable and kept us informed during our stay. The house has everything you can think of, and all your needs are seen to. It's the personal touches that I can highly recommend Shebamona! We had loads of animals visit on a daily basis, what a treat! Thank you, Marie, for the outstanding accommodation and all the extras, you truly go above and beyond.

Friendly people, great place would definitely go there again

Marie, the host is fantastic, she welcomed us on arrival,showed us around and even gave us a lovely gift basket with an array of tasty treats! The property is stunning with all the creature comforts that make it a home away from home. It is also within walking distance to the fence that separates Marloth Park and KNP, with great views of the Crocodile River. An additional highlight was seeing the Trumpeter Hornbill and Purple Crested Turaco up close while having our morning coffee on the upper deck. Thanks again Marie, you will definitely be seeing us again!

Everything about this place was impeccable! Such a big and beautiful place for the 4 of us that stayed. Interacting with the animals that came to visit us on our porch was by far the highlight

The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay longer

Marie has thought of everything. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Didn't use it but very impressed there was an airfryer. The welcome basket was amazing and feeding the animals daily was the cherry ontop.

It's too far away from Durban to come more often.

The hosts are friendly, kind individuals with warm hearts. Everything you would need for self-catering is there in the house, which is furnished with contemporary furniture. It smells so good and is immaculate. We were greeted with snacks upon arrival, which was a very kind gesture. It was an amazing experience to have animals visit us.

Nothing,the place is perfect… You have to see it yourself
