Beautiful comfortable house, spacious and tastefully decorated

My son in law came for the fishing and there were sadly only a few very small fish, not a well maintained/stocked pond. Needs otter gates. Residential rather than holiday site in my opinion

Fabulous location, and beautiful house, fantastically equipped and could not have been better

Location, hot tub, Patel boarding at the lake in the garden and tennis courts and table tennis. We loved the great walks from the house too and close proximity to local facilities.

If I’m being hugely critical, all I would change is larger duvets and larger towels. The solar panel lights surrounding the hot tub didn’t work either nor the light inside the hot tub.

Nothing not too like.

A truly cosy house in a beautiful setting. The decor was so lovely, and someone had been in before we arrived and made it warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials. It was just such a lovely way to spend a few days away with friends.

The hottub was lovely but a little on the snug side. But it didn't matter. We just coseyed up together!

Not being able to turn down heating. Road noise. Petty point but no hooks in the bathroom.

Perfectly as described. This stunning property was the most perfect home away from home! It was conveniently located to all the hotspots in the Cotswolds whilst also providing the most spectacular scenery and serenity. The host provided everything needed to cook at the property including basics like oil, salt, etc. The linen on the beds smelt divine and the beds were super comfortable. The fireplace kept the home toasty warm on the cold nights. You could barely tell it was winter outside! Regardless of the outdoor cold, the hot tub was the perfect temperature and great way to wind down of an evening!
