Lovely location. Perfect Villa for a family holiday.

Amazing price quality, very much value for money. The house and garden where very big and well maintained. Even though everything was a little bit older it was all in perfect working order. The view and location where amazing. The pool and garden very nice. Everything was correctly done. The trashcans had trashbags, there was toilet paper in every bathroom and there where more than plenty of clean towels. The house was very clean and the local host even came to bring us fresh picked amazing strawberries. We had such a lovely time staying in the house, cooking, using the bbq and even the washing machine.

Almost no things could’ve been better. Not worth mentioning.

Very quiet location, close to facilities House cleaned regularly Host was brilliant whenever we had to contact them. Very helpful and offered advice and support when needed.

Instructions on how to find property on arrival could have been more explanatory. We arrived late at night, but host came out to find us & take us to the property.

Lovely villa with wonderful private gardens. Very quiet and peaceful. Good pool and the addition of a pool table and table tennis table is great. Plenty of loungers/outdoor seating and towels. Close to amenities, although transport is ideally required.

No welcome pack with some basics like bread, butter etc. We arrived at 23hr and had no facilities open to provide a snack or breakfast the following morning. At the villa cost, I would have thought providing some basics would have been the very least to expect! Pool could have been a little cleaner. It was not cleaned before we arrived and I had to ask for this to be done. It did get a bit dirty again quite quickly (to be expected with surrounding garden etc!) and was not cleaned again for the rest of the week. Upstairs showers were dreadful - no power/pressure and no heat control (it is either freezing or boiling - no in between). Pool table cues were pathetic, which was a great pity! The pool table itself was a great addition, but don't provide a wonderful addition and then fail to provide adequate provision to enjoy it! Biggest fault of all was finding the villa!! The address for this villa on Booking.com IS NOT CORRECT! This resulted in what should have been a 25 min journey from the airport taking over 2 hours!! This was a disaster start to our holiday, causing extreme stress and anxiety! When we eventually found the villa, the co-ordinates were taken and amended by the transfer company. These were completely different than those printed on this site and needs to be addressed with the owner urgently!

This villa is in an amazing location with free land either side and views out over a beautiful golf course. The villa is in prime location for Julia’s beach, fine restaurants and shopping facilities, although you will need a car to reach these areas, such is the layout of the area. The pool and villa was clean and quiet - a real gem amongst modern villas. I can’t sing the owner, Nuno’s, praises enough, he was welcoming and worked around our timings whilst inviting feedback so he could improve for future visitors - a real delight to deal with.

There were a few small suggested improvements that Nuno was more than happy to rectify for the next visitors but nothing major. Pack your mosquito repellant as the midges are active due to woodland close by but this didn’t affect our stay - we’d definitely return!
