Vila Castelo

we really enjoyed our stay at Vila Castelo, the villa was spotless with plenty of grounds that my kids could enjoy, we really enjoyed the pool area. it was walkable to some restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the beach

I cannot fault the property

Location great near beaches and shop, although a car is a must

FOOD NOT INCLUDED GREAT LOCATION ....GREAT POOL...NOT OVERLOOKED....LOVELY & QUIET

WOULD OF HELPED IF THE DISHWASHER HAD WORKED ...DID SAY IT WAS GOING TO BE LOOKED AT, ALL THE WHILE WE WERE THERE IT WAS,NT ...I DO NOT GO AWAY TO WASH DISHES , DO THAT ALL THE TIME WHILE RUNNING A BUSY HOUSE & BUSINESS. THERE ARE QUITE FEW DOORS IN THE PROPERTY ,SO WE JUST MADE SURE NOT TO OPEN ALL OF THEM AS IT WAS SOMETHING YOU HAD TO DO TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS LOCKED BEFORE GOING OUT !!

More could be done to control moquettes

The Villa is huge easily sleeps 6. Both the Villa and garden are immaculately kept. The pool is great, clean and deep enough for teenagers to mess about in but a large enough shallow area if you just want to cool down. Lovely kitchen, perfect if you want to cook. Pool table and table tennis table in good condition a real bonus to this property. Location is great, vale do lobo is a lovely resort with lots to do. A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance (bamboo has a dj on most nights until 2am if you want to party!). Local beaches are a short (10min) drive away and have great restaurants to sit in and watch the sun go down. Really nice location.

Not sure that it’s a negative with teenagers but the Villa has so much space that you can lose someone for an hour.
