Joe's Place, Central Location West Cork near Clonakilty

Spacious, clean, comfy & fresh house. Rural location, between Clonality & Dunmanway. Ideal base for exploring the area, Rosscarbary, beaches & Micheal Collins trail. Immaculate large garden- kids had space to play football & frisbee. Lovely to hear the stream flowing around the boundary of back garden. Stunning view of gently sloping hills & fields. My son was delighted with the fish pond & feeding them 😃 delighted too when he found the garden toys in the sitting room box! Modernly decorated & renovated, what was probably an older smaller cottage. 3 bed & 2 bath so we had plenty of space. Lovely homely touches - fresh soda bread & butter, hot chocolate & marshmallows in the kitchen. Milk & mini choc bars in the fridge. Gorgeous scented candles around the house. Beds very comfy. Could connect to our Netflix account so kids happy at night. Dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave & segregated bins. Everything you'd need. 🤩

The house is spotless, with all the amenities and really confortable. Much appreciated the brown bread Fiona let us. Beautiful garden. Our eldest enjoyed feeding the fish.

A bit far away from the nearest town but really worths it.

Joe's place was a beautiful place to stay, one of the best self catering accommodations we have stayed in. well equipped with everything you need and lovely and spacious inside and out. the garden and patio area were a lovely bonus and the fish pond added an extra special touch. great location for exploring Clonakilty and the West Cork area

Well presened and very clean property. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the baking and chocolates that we left for us on arrival. Beautiful location would highly reccommend staying!

Beautiful, spacious and clean house. The host Fiona, was very helpful and friendly!

The house is beautiful, spacious and spotless clean. Has everything you could need. Self check in is perfect if you don't know what time will arrive. The communication with the host Fiona was easy all the time. Our daughter loved the garden and the fish pond - first thing to do in the morning was feeding the fish.

The location is amazing, we loved every moment here. The entire house is excellent including the garden, the surrounding, also the beds were super comfortable, and our childred loved the pond. It was nice entering the house with some welcome music, we liked it a lot :) And I loved the scented candles in the living room. The kids fed the fish every day, right after waking up :) For me, this place is the best accomodation so far since I registered to Booking.com. And it was not Yesterday :D

Water was not hot enough for a full bath. Shower facility was great though, so those who are colder, worth taking that option. Dealing with the heating timer was kind of a puzzle, but at the end we figured out everything (I hope so).
