Beautiful house, warm, cozy, there was lovely home baked brown bread, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, milk, sugar, all the condiments you would need. Even fire logs for the fire. Extra pillows, blankets etc. The House was spotless.

This place is like a home away from home. it's away from the city but not too far to travel, few minutes driving to shops/service stations, peaceful and quiet,cosy and inviting. The owner had everything that you might need help to run like heating, washing machine etc, precisely written down on a manual book, we found that extremely helpful. It's clean and bright, just really comfortable to stay in, and it's spacious, plenty room for all. The country scenery arround the house is beautiful, waking up to it is a dream come true.

Joe place was a little gem in the heart of clonakilty, short 10min drive in , it is spacious, modern and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely be going back in summer. Fish enjoyed our company out in pond in back and the friendly donkey's came to say hello too ! Lastly a shout out to fiona , the host, who couldn't do enough for us . Thanks so much . 10/10 from us 👏👏👏

House is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable and welcoming. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back

"Wonderful base to visit family from"

Clean and plenty of room with generous facilities towels etc.

Heating was uneven across house so upstairs was over warm when downstairs was comfortable, not a big thing though just opened window upstairs.
