Old Style of house. Large table in kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice outside breakfast area.

Place do require some upkeep. Paint and decor updates. Room Spray in bathrooms would be a nice touch.

Beautiful home with all amenities needed for a fantastic stay in the Karoo. So much character and you feel completely at home the minute you walk in. The staff and communication are amazing and the location made it easy to walk around. Extremely phenomenal value.

We liked everything about this spacious house. It is walking distance from the main restaurants. It is a shame we only needed it to stay over on our travels but definitely a place that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

The beds were very comfortable.

The signage outside could be a bit bigger. So easier to find. Also I know it’s self catering but feel it would help if they left some milk for the coffee and tea provided. Especially for the last minute late bookings. As by the time we got there shops were closed.

The dishwasher did not work.

It is a beautiful neat and spacious house. So beautiful.

The hot water from the geyser was a big problem. We were cold and tired after traveling 8 hours but only luke warm to cold water coming from the taps. So we had to go to bed cold and upset. We spoke to the host and she said she will phone the owner and come back to us - he didn't. The next morning she asked if we had any luck with hot water. What a disgrace. The house is perfect but the hot water is a big problem.
