This is a farm stay with a 1.2 mi gravel road, built in a dense tree forest with multiple small dams. Frogs, mosquitos and spiders are difficult to control especially in the rainy summer times. It's a self-catering unit and personnel and owners are available in standard business hours 8am to 5pm unless in the event of an emergency, and the reason that check in is before 5pm so that you can be assisted if there is discomfort. It's not a hotel or B&B where staff is always available and ready to assist immediately at any time of night. We have strict noise policies and curfews, and planned celebrations are not allowed as well as no day visitors. Please note that guests with local IDs are requested to contact the property in advance of their stay. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings. The minimum age to stay in room (Three-Bedroom House) is 30 years. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
