La Casa del Mastro - Como Lake

Location with 1 balcony & 1 terrace with awesome views to the como lake in a cute local town

We arrived quite late at night and was a bit hard to find with the referenced pictures we got from host; a video could be more handy. Google maps guidance is good until parking car but not to find the house. This is all explained by host.

The owner was supportive and the apartment was clean and have everything we need.

Great place to stay in. The apartment is cozy and pleasant, we instantly felt like home. The bed is very comfortable and the view is amazing. Extra points for the vinyl player!

The property is super cute, has two balconies, well equipped kitchen, big and comfortable bed The host is very attentive It’s probably the cleanest accommodation I’ve ever rented! :)

Lovely place in very peaceful surroundings. We had bad weather so couldn't really enjoy the balconies which have lovely views though. The place is situated with good proximity to both a shop and 3 restaurants/cafes/bars which can be reached by foot and of course you are living above the road so there are plenty of steps, as others have mentioned, but we found this really charming because its all small walkways, no cars or bikes, and it's like being in a medieval town. All people are absolutely lovely in this area and transport is easy. We had a car but chose to get around by public transport or walk. I would definitely recommend this place and town, if you'd like to stay out of the big towns as this place has everything you need. You can even jump on the boat to como from here. A positive surprise for us was the convenience of bathrooms on both floors. Also, the bedding is super nice, towels are big and fluffy, and the couch is comfortable for a movie night.

If I were to improve anything, it would be to have extra pillows and have some shampoo/conditioner/soap for the shower. There is soap for handwash, of course.

An incredible view, house was very comfortable and cute ❤️ owner was helpful when I asked her questions.

You have to take out your trash when you leave, I wasnt fond of that.
