The house is well equipped and large enough for four people. The sight form the living room and the bedroom is fantastic. The house is clean.

In februray the house is cold. There is no clime or normal heating just 2 little electric heater which are only enough for the bedrooms. There are roosters in the next neighbour that starts crowing at 4 o'clock am and got up everbody. they are really annoying. there is even a church but is rings only from 8 o'clock am. so it is tolerable. The cupboards were old and stinky. No supertmarket in the town.

The house and the view are amazing. It looks just like on the photos. Ponta Delgada is a great place for quite and relaxing vacation. A lot of hiking trails are close. The market and a bar are just few minutes walking away. Absolute recommendation.
