The attention to cleaning and detail like ironing the duvets and providing pillow cases and bottom sheets … these were missing and not available in the linen cupboard

Spacious, comfortable, extremely well equipped - pictures don't do this property justice! Large enclosed garden for the dog to roam safely in. 1 minute walk to the beach. Owner responsiveness is excellent

Could have been a little cleaner. Dusty and cobwebs in places and found dome rubbish down the sides of one of the beds - however, this would not stop us from returning!

The location was excellent. The garden was safe for the dog. Well equipped.

Would be better if freezer in main building. Needs a good clean, especially cooker and freezer

Location was great. Shared space excellent and flexible owners. Toilet and sink in every bedroom (great selling point)

Master bedroom bed very uncomfortable and springs make noise every time you move (not an acceptable bed and you can see this feedback has been left before) bathroom radiator wasn’t working so very cold (again feedback has been given on this before but still not rectified prior to the stay) garden being cared fir at 9am on Friday morning was a bit early when you are looking to take the day off work and relax without interruption… also (plumber was great) not great booking plumbers when paying guests are at the property ie sort garden and manage non urgent plumbing outside of guest stays. Note: oven dials turn way too easily, therefore can leak gas (needs looking at)

We loved our stay at Shore Lodge . It's beautifully presented and fabulous location only 2 mins walk to the beach . Lovely big lounge for all the family to sit and chat . Very bright and sunny bungalow and the family all loved having their own ensuite toilets and washbasin . Overall , a beautiful property and we didn't want to go home , Thank you 😊

The only down sides for us was there was no gate or fence at the front and the garden is on 3 sides which meant we couldn't just leave the dogs outside for a run around. It looked like this might be a work in progress so maybe there will be a fence/wall and gate in the near future to make it secure and more private . We also had a few naughty dog walkers who's dogs were allowed to go to the loo on the front lawn and didn't pick up after them on their way to and from the beach , but a fence and gate will stop this . The only other thing was one of the mattresses on a double bed needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable. Overall Shore Lodge would be 10/10 if it wasn't for the garden issues and mattress, but we would definitely stay again..we loved it 😊
