Location is great. Cottage is comfortable, clean and hosts made us welcome with tea and cake left for us.

There's nothing we didn't like. Wifi wasn't great but we were trying to get away from checking our phones every 5 mins anyway

The cottage was clean and tidy and on a lovely site with a secure wood for me to walk my dog. Paula and her family were on hand and sorted any issues promptly. Good information pack provided with information leaflets about local attractions. Quiet village with regular bus service to Cromer and North Walsingham and quiet country lanes. Good value for money.

No village shop or pub so car required if shopping for provisions.

Another brilliant trip to pinewood cottage, evening you need for a break very warm,clean and comfortable , would definitely recommend,great walk straight from the cottage,

A good base to travel around North Norfolk from. The new TV was a bonus much better than what it replaced.

Not a lot of hot water through the taps. The seating a little on the low side for me .

Nice and clean. Nice and warm. Host popped round to make sure all was in order. Also nice cake and pint of milk on our arrival.
