Everything really. Great spot to travel around North Norfolk from. We have two more stays booked before the end of 2023.

The sofa was too low for my liking along with the bed but that's just me.

Perfect little bolt hole. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay plus the bonus of the lovely garden to soak up the sun with a glass of wine. It was ideal the two of us and our dog. Lovely location with dog walks on the doorstep and easy car access to so many places around Norfolk.

The cottage had everything we needed. Great location. Nice and clean. The surrounding area is lovely and great for relaxing walks through the woods. We only met one of the owners, Paula, who was very friendly. We arrived to some lovely homemade cake, milk, and teabags, which was a nice touch, compliments of our hosts. We were fortunate with the weather, so sitting outside on the veranda in our own inclosed little garden was very nice, lovely, and safe for our dog too.

TV was too small really The shower room/toilets for the caravans were adjacent to the cottage, basically the other side of the bedroom. Even though the owners ask for them not to be used before 8am unfortunately some people ignore this, and on Sunday at 6:45am, we were rudely woken by someone using the shower, so loud they might as well have been in the bedroom with us!

I think this was my 4th visit and i always have such a lovely stay. The accomodation is so comfortable and always spotlessly clean. I always receive a lovely welcome from the hostess and the homemade cake is delicious! It is the perfect base for me to visit family from and coming back to the accomodation each evening is all part of our stay. We feel so relaxed here and also really enjoy having the woods for a short walk each morning before we head off for a full day of dog walking. Thank you as always for a lovely stay.
