Live Arico Lagar

We were in Arico for the climbing. The location was great and although we had a car, we walked a lot. The nearest climbing is about 40 mins walk and the shops and restaurants about 20 mins. The area has a small village community feel and the neighbours were friendly. The property itself is not large, but cozy, characterful and very private. Our hostess Raquel was lovely and very welcoming.

We liked everything but the property is quirky, old fashioned and traditional which might not suit everyone. The toilet and shower are in a block in the courtyard, which we loved but some might not. The surrounding roads are narrow and winding and driving could be a bit stressful at times. Small car recommended.

the host is expecting us to do housekeeping work for yhem The host warn us that we didn't close the bathroom door when we left we have already try our best to clean up the rubbish but she still took a photo arguing about a small rubbish in the corner that we didn't notice it was a very bad experience when we check out

Very clean and quiet place. Internet connection was very good. We could use Netflix and other watching apps on TV. Nice neighbors. Isolated space so no nosy looks when using pool and sun beds.

House entrance door quite loud and hard to operate, same with sliding door to the shower toilet but not a big deal to be honest.
