G- HOUSE 3BR CBD with free Parking

We turned up with sleeping bags, as linen wasn't listed, but the fresh white linen already on the beds was fantastic. There were electric blankets in case we needed them, panel heaters in each room and big mink blankets

We were so close to Margaret Mahy Park, the kids wanted to go all the time ;) Just kidding, there was nothing to not like! There is a little gap at the front door, but they've provided a floor snake, and during our visit it wasn't cold or windy so doesn't matter! Struggling to find something to say here!

Large rooms, well equipped kitchen, easy walk to CBD.

The accommodation was excellent and conveniently located near major attractions, some of which were within walking distance (such as the Cardboard Cathedral and New Regent Street). If a LIME scooter happens to be parked nearby, it makes getting around even more convenient! Lastly, the host was kind and warmly provided us with all the information we needed.

The house was a bit damp, and the handle of the left cabinet under the kitchen sink felt slightly greasy (though it wasn’t visible to the eye). However, the bed had a great balance of firmness, not too soft, making it very comfortable.

The property was very clean, and the location was great. The garden is lovely, and very well maintained. No problem following the entry instructions, and the host was very easy to contact and communicate with. Huge bedrooms with plenty of pillows and really comfy beds.

Although very cute, with a gorgeous garden, the house is very tired and needs updating. It smelt damp, and despite the house being immaculately clean, I don't think the filter in the air conditioner has been changed in a long time! There was a terrible smell from it, that made us turn it off straight away. I'm unsure if the owner is aware of a split in the top of the shower head, so if the shower is on full power, water sprays from the top onto the ceiling! We couldn't work out how to use the microwave - I think possibly the digital display isn't working?

Good location. Walking distance to City Centre. Spotlessy clean and good size house. Good for families or 3 couples..

Clean and bright, central location, beautiful garden well kept great house. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It was a lovely cottage style home, very large comfortable beds, kitchen great to prepare meals. Loved the garden and roses in the back yard. Easy 15 minute walk to the River Avon and the Terrence area.
