Great back garden for our children to play!

This isn't the host's fault. We stayed over weekend. Saturday night noisy cars blasting their radio and I presume neighbour's (as cars stayed for more than 10mins) was very loud and disrupted our sleep.

Great location. Good communication with the host. Nice size rooms and lounge. Everything was very clean.

Mattresses need updating. One was very firm, another had quite a concave mattress. Dining room chairs are passed their best with very uncomfortable seats. Kitchen splashback is some kind of stick on paper, and looks horrible. There are so many joins that it must be a nightmare to clean, although it looked very clean. No obvious place (like a small pantry) to store any food. I understand the use of individual keypad locks on the bedroom doors, but I couldn't find a way to leave it unlocked while we were there. I nearly got locked out in the middle of the night when I went to the toilet. Also in an emergency these could be a health and Safety issue.

Liked the electric blankets. Location was handy for Christchurch. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Parking space.

Floor was uneven. There was a cracked switch in the bathroom.

Good value for three bedrooms so close to the CBD. Styled beautifully and clean with everything you need available.
