Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house great communication with valentina very private and she facilitated an early check in and late check out- very kind

Lots of areas to sunbathe, very spacious, good value for money.

Lacked in certain areas that needed TLC

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal in Casa Mi Sol und haben wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, Supermarkt und die Marina mit vielen Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Ausblick und die außergewöhnlich gute Betreuung durch Valentina 🫶 machen den Urlaub ganz besonders.

Einige Gegenstände sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden.

Access to apartment provided early in morning - appreciated. Breakfast self catering. Location excellent.

Seating in living room uncomfortable. TV Spanish only. No storage for food apart from fridge. Wi-Fi did not penetrate upstairs.

There was no mention of how to get UK TV. I had to try and find a channel that I could change to uk through the take care settings. I just couldn’t get uk news which would have been great. I just couldn’t work it out so it may have been there. So instructions or a dongle of some sort would have been good. Otherwise all fine.

The property is lovely and spacious extremely clean. The Kitchen had all the equipment you could probably need, including an electric cafetière which went down well. The shower was very good. The bed was very comfortable plenty of wardrobe space. The house had three areas where you could sit outside; in the front garden, the back garden where the washing machine and washing line is, and an area outside of the bedroom which was all very lovely. Access to the beautiful pool area was easy from the back gate. It all felt very secure.

Whilst it was a very good, large TV, we could work out how to get English tv without just being able to watch the odd old movie. We would have liked to watch UK news for example. It was a smart tv so we were able to watch Netflix with our own account. It would have been so much better if Sky had been available. Also whilst the bed was lovely and comfy, the pillows weren’t very special. With the above and slightly posher towels, this property would have been first class.

The host was kind and very helpful. The location was excellent and the house was spacious and well laid out. Easy to park outside and a short walk down to the marina. Lots of private terrace areas to make the most of the sunshine. The rest of the development (behind the house, but accessible) was beautifully planted and cared for - presumably by long-term residents.

Furnishing was a bit sparse and could have done with more pictures on the wall, but the bed was very comfortable, although the settees in the living room, which double as spare beds were uncomfortable. Very difficult to get out of for elderly folk! We like cooking, but the kitchen space was very tight. As we were there for 12 nights, we could have done with more cleaning equipment and toilet rolls. The swimming pool was lovely, but perishing cold (early March)
