Where to start? Kitchen better equipped than expected, wide range of restaurants nearby, (great real ice cream in little spot right across the street -not soft serve, hyper processed, real deal scooped by hand), view was amazing ( yes there is building in front, still a great view, noise not like city construction , this is hand construction. Frankly watching masons work their craft is pretty cool, I’ve just never seen finish work done with a machete!) Ashely was so helpful with a myriad of questions. Provided: fins, masks, umbrella, beach towels, bug spray, books, guides, filtered water, umbrellas, compost container as another testament to owners concern for the island. Building itself was interesting, a converted government office , so layout is definitely quirky, but so comfortable. Owner connected us with a great guide for the day.

Owners husband is affiliated with Hacienda Tranquil, We are super interested in sustainable farming, I wish I’d known this earlier, as a tour would have been fun…so next time.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Verde. The owner Ashleigh made sure we had everything we needed and even when my mother got sick she checked in with us. We felt very welcome! The house is a great quiet place with a view of the pier, only 5-10min walk to the busy center of the town. Would definitely come back here.

Basic bathrooms with poor showers. New building next door which is under construction. Kitchen access requires going outside. Ants.

It was perfect for us to relax for three days after the trips to Santa Cruz and Isabela. Ashleigh was very helpful and gave us dining and tour information. We like the patio with the ocean view and relaxed there in the evenings. Location was perfect and was close to everything.

Super nice stay at Casa Verde. The property is beautiful, with a lovely view of the port and sunset. It's minutes away from all the restaurants in the center. The host, Ashleigh, was incredibly helpful during the stay. Top tier place to stay!
