Casa Verde Vacation Garden Home

Location, size of property. Partial view of harbour, well equipped in a rustic way. Hearing the sea lions in the harbour. If used by a larger family represents good value and easy walking distance to town and beaches.

Older style property, very rustic style, very odd layout. Unfortunately for owner large building being built in front of property blocking view and building site in front of property. Property could do with update, some areas very tired. Asked to leave early at 9am as new family arriving, despite having left the property exactly as we had found it and not used anything in property except shower and bed.

The host was amazing. She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and make our stay and vacation wonderful. Daily housekeeping service.

The house is beautiful, fantastic location. We loved the relaxed feel of the house and the easy walk to town. You are close to restaurants but not right in the the middle of town which we liked. The host met as at the property upon our arrival and gave us a quick tour and then followed by text with fantastic restaurant reservations. We did realize that daily cleaning was included in the rate/booking, which we really appreciated. There is a new house being built that blocks some of the view, but there will still be a great view of the water and the construction didn't impact our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like. The host loves to get feedback which she immediately addresses so there really weren't any details that had been missed by the host and previous guests. One very early morning the power went off. We assumed it was a neighborhood thing so didn't alert the host, but she texted later that day to say there had been a small issue with the house (identified by the cleaner) and that they already had an electrician in to fix the issue. We really appreciated the proactiveness.

This is a special property. It is just far enough away from the center of town and close to a wonderful pocket beach (Playa Mann). The host made sure we were well informed about the property and how to get there from the airport (very close). We were welcomed upon arrival, and the host checked on our comfort throughout our stay. A daily house cleaning was provided! We took advantage of the many great eateries in the area, but a spacious kitchen is available at the property. The host provides beach towels, and some snorkel equipment is available ( We did travel with our own). A wonderful library is found within the home with resources on the Galapagos and games. We were very pleased with our seven night stay at Casa Verde.

The house is extremely well located, just a short walk from the port and the are with restaurants and shops. Ashleigh is a wonderful host. She made our trip easy by providing information about activities, places to eat, places to buy specific groceries (our kids are picky eaters), and even arranging a daily house keeping service. The house has an amazing terrace that overlooks the bay and has a fresh breeze morning till evening. There is enough space for a family of four. A short walk from the house (2’) is Playa Mann where you can observe sea lions at play. And last but not least - the house has starlink internet and we were able to do work calls without any problem! We loved the house and hope to be back!

The house is right next to Playa Mann but still private and quiet. The porch has the best view of the harbor and sunsets - just a gorgeous space. Ashleigh was incredibly helpful with advice, resources, etc. Beds were comfortable and there's a great kitchen. Ashleigh has a nice assortment of books and guides, too.

Beautiful terrace with a mesmerizing ire of the harbor. Large house with roomy bedrooms and a good kitchen. A short walk to downtown snd to the beach. Best of all was Ashleigh, so kept in contact with us and helped us with some tricky problems. She was always patient, kind and helpful.

Nothing. We wished we could have stayed longer.
