Host & Stay - Wood Street Cottage

Was everything that we needed great location.

The keys were a bit difficult to find. At the back door but around the side of the wall

There was no information on how to use the heating. It did say there was information in a drawer but it was not there. We found the controls for the TV a bit confusing at first.

Lovely property, excellent location, will stay again

Location and parking were great, we were able to get around Barnard Castle easily on foot and by car. Great place to stay and would love to visit again. I definitely recommend Wood Street for a visit to County Durham.

Everything met our expectations, we loved the property and the facilities.

Location, easy walking distance from all Barnard Castle tourist sites and facilities. Good kitchen, nice to have seating space in there. Clean and tidy.

Small bedroom bed was very creaky and not very comfy, small bedroom was also very small, OK for a night or two, but any longer probably better suited for a couple and child, rather than 2 couples.

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, on a nice quiet street within easy reach of the main high street.

Lovely, clean and comfortable house. Great location.
