Cottage was lovely, views were incredible and the hosts were friendly.

Signage for the property was difficult to see in the dark, however this doesn’t take away from the beautiful property and view.

Directions were abit confusing but spoke to host who guided us in -

Cute little cottage, finished to high standard, kitchen looks new. Excellent location- and easy to find once I'd phoned regarding check in/arrival. Short walk to a waterfall nearby to give us something to find with a three year old. Wanted somewhere with views and a hot tub, and somewhere big enough to stay in and just relax all weekend- and it fit the bill perfectly. Hosts were friendly and informative and we didn't see them even though they were just next door. Near to Hebden Bridge if you wanted to venture out somewhere, along with various other little villages. Didn't get to try the local pubs but they seemed to have excellent reviews too. Will definitely be trying to get booked in again!

These aren't things we didn't like, more like a caution for anybody looking to book. I wanted a weekend to relax and do nothing. I was glad to discover that the wifi didn't work and there was no phone signal. I didn't mention it to the host but others may not be happy to get there to have no internet access. Another little thing- the sofa bed- we gave the bedroom to the toddler so we could watch the tv later on. The sofa bed could do with a new mattress, it was so thin I could feel the metal frame and springs through it, and although I found the duvet and pillows for it, there were no sheets or duvet/pillow covers. Again, I didn't say anything so there may be some that perhaps the cleaner hadn't put back or something? Doesn't really matter to me as I managed to sleep better than at home! We tried lighting the fire but we found the door on it didn't enclose the smoke as best we thought it should so gave up, central heating was good enough for us. None of this has put me off looking at returning!!

Well equipped and comfortable with breathtaking views. Although rural the cottage is a great location for attractions and towns. Hosts always welcoming and helpful.

Wow! Cannot fault this place at all, it is absolutely perfect! Outstanding location, with amazing views. Hot tub and log burner are a real bonus! We absolutely loved having no signal or internet for a few days, just switched off and relaxed completely. It was the perfect mini moon to follow our perfect wedding day. Will most definitely visit again!

Absolutely lovely cottage, paula was brilliant, so friendly and welcoming and nothing was to big of an ask. Loved the location as it was nice and quiet and lots of land for our dog to run free. The hot tub and views where beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the tub. I will 100% be visiting again and would recommend this cottage to anyone.
