"Relaxing getaway"

There's nothing to dislike about the farm cottage. It's a beautiful place, very tranquil and has amazing views. It's private and the cottage is super cosy. It has everything you need or could want. Was great being able take my dog too and she loved exploring round Lumb falls. Paula was there when I arrived checking all was ok. Will definitely stay again

"Great location and value for money."

Great location, just a few miles from Hebden Bridge, but I was looking for peace and quiet and that's exactly what I got. The view from the hot tub is perfect. The facilities in the cottage are fantastic.

Generally a great stay so not much if anything to complain about, the only comments I would have is that the hot tub water seemed a little bit murky and perhaps didn't smell right to me, but hopefully this is easily resolved.

"A lovely welcoming cottage and hosts, with a stunning location."

I absolutely love this property, it’s just a place that as soon as you go through the door it feels so welcoming and you’re ready to pop the kettle on and relax for a few minutes in the lovely living room. I feel The hosts have got this just right! The location is beautiful with beautiful views, superb walks on offer and then the lovely hot tub to relax in when you get back. This was our 2nd visit and we definitely will be back there again. Paula and Richard were excellent, they have that warm persona and are around for anything you need without impacting on the beautiful privacy of the wonderful privacy this location affords.

My only complaint was that our stay wasn’t long enough. 😢

"Exceptional"

Very Clean, Rodger and family were very helpful and welcoming It was like a home from home. Stunning location, not too far from hebden bridge. Would definitely recommend and will be going again
