parking was a struggle in the housing estate... no real fault of the property.

Location, found it hard to find

Position great for Bike Park Wales. Set up for that. Garage with bike rack & electricity perfect. Plus a water high pressure cleaner. We were a small group, there were plenty of bathrooms & WC’s

A couple of small things. En-suite shower didn’t drain too well. That shower cubical a little flimsy. The bike cleaner not working too well , more like a hosepipe.

Location was spot on for BPWales, the house was as described and plenty of room. We were only there for 2 nights and literally to sleep as at BPWales during the day but it ticked all that we required. The 'towel and toilet roll art' made for smiles on arrival. Parking was secure and we were more than happy leaving van/bikes. Nice quiet location and less than 10mins to BPW.

Some elements of the property were a little tired but this is being really picky, no plug for kitchen sink, broken plug in ensuite, towels a little thin. For a quick place to sleep it had everything but could be challenging if there for a week. Quite a tight spot to get the van in to park as a very busy residential estate.

The space inside the house...it was clean and the little extras (towels, toilet roll, tea bags etc) were an added bonus.

Was woken up 2 nights in a row at 3am by car horns...and parties!! So left early

A lovely warm and comfortable family home for a weekend break. Central for Merthyr, easy access to the Brecon Beacons and neighbouring valleys. Excellent, friendly and clear communication from the hosts before, during and since the stay. Genuinely nice people.

Some youngster with a noisy exhaust on his car keeping the whole area awake. Every town has them, Merthyr only has one!!!

Great location, Parking, we'll maintained.
