La propreté de la maison.

Le manque d'équipement, Ex: pas de sel, poivre, pas de BBQ à l'extérieur, set de patio manquant, 4 chaises et une petite table comme set de patio. Poêlons très usés, presque inutilisable, pas de savon a vaisselle, pas de coupe à vin. Pas de café pour le 1er matin...

Lots of space for 2 people, nice to have a kitchen and unobstructed view out to the ocean

- stains on all of the sheets and towels - we specifically booked this property for the AC and washer/ dryer and neither were working (no fan to replace AC) - most of the dishes were dirty (visible oil on the bottom and inside) and there were bugs in the pots - the address on the reservation takes you somewhere else - unclear check-in instructions - the beds were very hard. We both woke up with back pain

place in walking distance to the beach, great for surfers. Overall looks good, good basecamp for day trips. Everything you need for your basic cooking. Washingmachine was a good bonus.

Place needs a deep clean. And more focus on cleaning details. Sink and shower drains are very slow. Reno and update of some stuff wouldn’t be a bad idea. Some kitchen towels or set of cutlery would be great. Over all to much money for what is offered.

Große Wohnung, Nähe zum Strand und Ausblick Richtung Meer

Die Türe zum Hinterhof hat sich nicht schließen lassen (defekt) und es hat im Hinterhof gestunken. Die Straße ist vor allem nachts etwas unheimlich, es kam sogar zu einem Polizeieinsatz wegen häuslicher Gewalt in einem Nachbarhaus. In der Wohnung war es sehr feucht und es gab Insekten (Kakerlaken, Ameisen, Würmer).

Místo bylo klidné, trochu opuštěné, ale blízko pláže i městečka s velkým obchodem. Majitelka rychle reagovala na dotazy. Dům byl prostorný, velká terasa, výhodou byla pračka.

Dům byl prostorný, ale zařízení staré a opotřebované. Gauč byl prosezený a špinavý (musela jsem si tam natáhnout prostěradlo, abych si tam chtěla sednout). Nádobí špinavé, než jsem ho použila, musela jsem si ho umýt a chyběla i utěrka, do které bych ho mohla utřít. Manžel musel opravit hořák na sporáku a vyčistit odpad v koupelně, klimatizace byla pokažená. Místo stojanu na oblečení bych ocenila skříně, ale komoda se šuplíky byla prostorná a pro většinu věcí dostačující. Nejhorší ale bylo, že jsme denně zabíjeli šváby.

well, I didn't actively dislike anything ... some of the furniture e.g. couches were a little on the well worn side .. I would consider binning those and replacing. Also would make the outdoor area a little more interesting.
