Easy walk into church Stretton. Dedicated parking outside.

Uncomfortable bed and sofas. Place could do with a good dusting/cleaning.

Location in Watling Street. OK this isn't right in the centre of Church Street, but the location is a quick 5 minute walk from the centre of town.

Definition this property needs some tender loving care lavished on it. Issues that I can recall include: 1. Damp carpets in living room, this is just NOT acceptable. 2. Coffee machine - just produces warm brown liquid - it probably needs a good clean 3. Strange noises from the plumbing during/after a shower 4. Shower goes hot/cold randomly (with nobody else using water in the property at the same time) 5. Skirting boards need a good clean. 6. SkyTV set-top box - not useable due to inoperable remote control (the batteries were in a very bad state) 7. No way to dry dishes, or wipe down surfaces (using a sponge/scourer not acceptable) 8. Boiler/heating timer clock - just ticks and rattles ALL NIGHT - upgrade it! 9. Noises from upstairs flat noticeable 10. Decoration needs looking at. Finish the painting of walls and doors. Summary - this could be a great property with a bit more investment.

A very nice flat in Church Stretton centre (ten minutes walk to the town centre). Everything is very clean and well equipped. Very nice living area and kitchen. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Great communication from the owner.

Kitchen items, and oat flap cakes. Roll of paper towel.

Could have used more light in the bathroom. Only one tiny bottle of shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. Bed mattress not firm, but it passed. The bottom sheet didn't quite fit the mattress. It kept coming off the corner where the pillows were. Nespresso machine requires reading the useage instruction sheet. It's not as easy as it looks. Once you get that sorted, the coffee pods were all different, producing too much watered down cups. The booklet to try and make sense of was too confusing and long.

It would be nice to have a fence round the garden so we could let the dogs out without using leads

Great flat. I loved the kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities.

It wasn't thoroughly clean. The draining board needed a clean, as did the oven. The grill pan had been used but not cleaned. It was difficult to get the shower running at a comfortable temperature. On the second day I found the trick was to run the shower at full speed and then the temperature was fine.
