Vibrant Spring Street with Garden

The property was clean, spacious, and welcoming, with a lovely design throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor space was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, very close to the centre, and the house had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was homely and relaxed.

The internet connection in the upstairs bedrooms was quite weak, which could be inconvenient for those needing to work or stream. Additionally, the windows are not double-glazed, so noise from the street can be heard, which may be an issue for light sleepers.

Huset ligger svært sentralt med nærhet til matbutikker, restauranter, buss, tog og strand. Huset har et friskt og fargefullt interiør som man blir glad av. Gode senger.

Det er kun dobbeltdyner. Vi fikk ikke innvilget ønske om enkeltdyner. Det var ikke mulig å leie strandhåndduker. Savnet kaffetrakter/kaffemaskin/presskanne.

Shower in main bathroom couldn't be height adjusted.. Very minor point

The kitchen needs a pair of kitchen tongs to turn the food under the grill

The king size beds were very comfortable, great location, well equipt kitchen, nice living room with big TV, cute rainbow stairs.

The bed advertised as a small double, was not big enough for 2 grown adults. Would be better for 2 children as was very squished. Needs some painting in areas.

Could be a nice house but needs upgrading. The managment company were polite and responsive and returned our security deposit quickly once we checked out.

The property could do with redecoration and some of the furniture is worn out and could do with replacement. The rear door lock keeps getting stuck which is a bit of a fire hazard if you needed to get out quickly. In general we all felt the property needs an upgrade / refurbishment and was overpriced in the condition that it currently is.

excellent location, quiet, but right next to central facilities, plenty of great places to eat out, and sainsbury's local it you want to eat in. this is particularly good if you travel by train or public transport

Parking in Brighton is ridiculously expensive. so best to leave the car elsewhere if you can. for us the cost of parking was outweighed by the fantastic location
