Vibrant Spring Street with Garden

Location of the house was brilliant - only a few minutes walk to the seafront. Kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking. Beds were big and comfy. House overall was very clean and the cupboard of games was just a nice touch!

Location was excellent. Service from the property manager was responsive.

We had concerns about cleanliness which were addressed promptly on our return home. The property is a little bit shabby, tired and worn and needs a degree of renovation to make it more comfortable.

Stayed March 2024 for a long weekend with the girls. We were really thrilled with the property, amazing central location, very clean, beautifully decorated, lots of thoughtful touches and great communication from the host throughout. All of the girls including myself will absolutely be booking this property again should we ever come to Brighton again.

Great location in a really well equipped house. The fresh flowers were a lovely welcome and all the communication with Renny was positive, useful and quick. House was clean and towels/bedding was fresh and of nice quality. We had quite a lot of rain and the heating was easy to use and house was cosy.

Front door was quite stiff to open/close but Renny had warned us about this so happy to give it a hard push.
