Luxury at The Brunswick - Free Parking-4 bedrooms

location was great. Away from the city centre but still lovely restaurants and bars. cheap old basic friendly pub opposite. Roof terrace was good for us to sit together in the sunshine. comfortable bed and pillows. House had all we needed and host generous with coffee and essentials.

outside seating area needed some cleaning. a dresser in my bedroom or bedside table is needed because all my things had to be on the floor making my stay uncomfortable but others were fine. Not able to have a dark room to sleep so awake very early with the sun!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area. Very clean and very well ‘kitted out’.

Lack of communication! No contact from host and no details left for emergency contact. Attempted to contact host numerous times via email to only receive generic automated response. Main bathroom sink blocked and unusable so one bathroom sink for 4 double bedrooms not sufficient. Quite frustrating that we couldn’t request permission to leave our bags for an hour after checking out at 10.(very early considering check in not until 3pm) Wouldn’t like to think I had to contact someone in case of a real emergency. Never stayed anywhere with no welcome pack providing such info.

Loved how stylish and modern the house is, and especially the parking, which in Hove/Brighton, is rare. The four bedrooms are beautifully presented, lots of bathrooms, and a fabulous roof terrace.

Absolutely no complaints. Just a point to note, the house is on five levels, which gives everyone privacy, but wouldn't work for a less able person.

The place is very comfortable, warm and well equipped. Good internal space. Location is great - seafront close by. Beautiful garden at the back. Communication was excellent too.

There are some relatively minor things which could do with fixing/addressing. For example some loo roll holders off the wall, the basin in middle bathroom very slow to empty so probably needs a plumber to flush through, floors could do with a deep clean as socks got dirty very quickly, top floor mattress uncomfortable. Some instructions about rubbish/recycling would be helpful. Car park space VERY tight especially when car parked behind and infront so our car didn't fit on first day.
