Luxury at The Brunswick - Free Parking-4 bedrooms

Excellent location, walking distance to both Hove and Brighton centres and a few minutes walk to the beach. There's lots of restaurants on Western road. We didn't need to move the car from the very handy parking space, just outside the house. Very spacious rooms, we loved the quirky design of the building. As well as four bedrooms, there is an office area with lots of wardrobe space. Two decent bathrooms, plus an additional toilet. Modern and clean throughout. We loved having outside space, both the lovely communal garden and the private roof terrace.

Not much to say really. There's a pub opposite, which two of the bedrooms overlooked. There was quite a bit of noise from the punters, so maybe bring some earplugs. Although the kitchen was well stocked, we could have done with more wine grasses. There weren't enough, and some of them were cracked.

Blinds we damaged so street lights ruined ambience of rooms which would have been nice.

Position and having a parking space

Not every floor had a toilet , shower didn’t work for one and bath wasn’t accessible

The size of bedrooms - close to beach and shopping. We came for a wedding and enjoyed a drink on the roof terrace.

Lots of stairs - opposite a pub so could be noisy area for some.

We loved every minute of our stay and if I was travelling with a big group as I did I would definitely book this beautiful place again... The house is just great with everything you would ever need. A massive plus was to have a large roof terrace and a beautiful garden. I didn't want to leave...

The property was very clean and the house in general was perfect for our stay

Internet was a bit slow

Great location. Lovely property.

One main bathroom, one en-suite, 8 ladies staying tog meant a good wait to use the shower.
