Luxury at The Brunswick - Free Parking-4 bedrooms

Das Haus/Wohnung hat den Beschreibungen und Bewertungen zu 100%. Die Lage ist sensationell. Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die riesige Dachterasse ermöglich einen schönen Blick auf das tolle Stadtviertel Brunswik und das Meer. Der Garten war ein Ort der Ruhe. Immer wieder, nur zu empfehlen !!

Stor og fin leilighet, som lå veldig sentralt til. Butikker, kaffer og restauranter lå like om hjørnet.

Det var for varmt vann i dusjen, som vi ikke klarte å regulere.

The space in the appartment and cleaness was very nice. All beds was super made and the toilets top clean! Also a nice kitchen with garden view

The outside from the appartment is not inviting. The overall windows need to be cleaned and at the front entrance the grass and weeds need to be cutted. The same for the terrace at the back.

Chairs in kitchen a little tired & frayed. First wooden step in the garden loose and wobbly.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt, Sauber, gute Lage . Mit Luxury hat es aber nicht viel zutun. Auch wenn die Bilder etwas anderes erzählen. Anbieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pubs in der nähe sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Keine Klimaanlange, selbst die Ventilatoren sind defekt gewesen. In den oberen Zimmer zu heiß im Sommer. Duschen sind Renoviert, aber zumteil kam nur heißes Wasser, Wasserhan defekt. Parkplatz nur für 1 kleines Auto vorhanden, wir mussten mit 2 Autos in ein teueres Parkhaus ausweichen.

Good. Like the pictures BUT. The picture were taken like years ago or the maintenance is not the best. I’ve seen chairs in the trash with better look and the window shades were broken/missing. Overall good, beds were quite comfy and clean. Cozy shops and supermarkets at 5min walk

There is a pub just in front quite noisy, we had to buy plug to sleep.

We had an amazing stay! There were six of us, and the house was absolutely perfect – spacious, beautifully presented, and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The lounge and roof terrace were lovely spots to unwind, and being just a short walk to the seafront made it even better. Communication was great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Brighton getaway!

Honestly, nothing major! Just be aware the house is spread over several floors with quite a few stairs, and the parking space is best suited for a smaller car. Neither was an issue for us, but worth noting
