It was a lovely comfortable property and plenty of room for four ladies in their 60s! There are chairs outside the back door to the kitchen and there is a very comfortable lounge on the first floor. We also liked the roof top terrace which had comfy chairs and a view of the sea. The property is out of the really busy bits of Brighton in Hove which we liked but in easy (20 minutes ) walking distance to the pier along the very pleasant promenade. There are plenty of facilities and we lost count of the number of fridges in the kitchen (🤣). We would certainly go back

It was fine for us but there are a lot of stairs, which might be an issue for some, with one bedroom on 1st floor,2 on 2nd and an en-suite bedroom on the 3rd. The parking space is also very small, great if you have a mini but those of us who drove had bigger cars. However there is plenty of JustPark availability and car parks and we both found JP spaces within 5 minutes walk.

The house is spacious and large but it does have 4 stories with many many stairs. It has a lovely outlook onto a communal garden with nice big French door windows that open on each level . It has a free parking space so perfect if you have a car . It is just off one of the main roads but very quiet. 5 min walk to the beach

Many stairs with no lift. Hard with heavy luggage . A 30 minute walk to Brighton pier and the Lanes

The location of the property was perfect, close to the seafront with shops nearby by for groceries.

Some of the blinds had fallen off, so was hard to get rooms dark for the kids.

Lovely place, lovely rooms and perfect location with 10/15 min walk to Brighton and the Lanes. Restaurants and bars around the property were absolutely wonderful.

Shame it was so hot inside especially the top floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom but other than that would defo stay again. Plenty of fans though!

Location and good living space

Garden steps broken, could do with a general tidy up, same with outdoor furniture, pigeon mess on cushions and seating.

The location was 10 minutes walk from our conference in the centre of town, 2 minutes from the sea front, which was ideal for us. All the beds were really comfortable with good quality bed linen, the house was clean and had plenty of soap/washing up liquid. It was well equipped with coffee and tea

None of the bedrooms had any wardrobes - so we basically lived out of our cases. The storage was on the top floor and not really practical for easy access. The car space was too small for most cars - it really is only for a very small car. The key lock is very obvious, and there is just the one key for 4 people - so we left it in the lock despite being slightly concerned as to the security.

The house was perfect for our family gathering.

1. Some of the drains seemed to be blocked. 2. A number on the front door would be good. 3. A clear indication of the correct parking space would help. Couldn't you put the house number on the post? A key to the parking post would also help. We accidentally locked it but luckily a kind neighbour opened it for us.
