Gorgeous decor, very comfortable. Good communication with host. Very clean and nicely made beds with beautiful linen, cushions and covers. Nice blankets in the lounge.

Excellent location.House is maintained very well and very clean.Management staff is very good with excellent communication and very helpful. Furnished well with excellent kitchen.

Only a minor issue.Car parking space is quite small ..No storage space for clothes in the room that I used. No bathroom on 1st floor.Again this is a minor issue.

Thoughtful touch tea, coffee, sugar, milk, use of umbrellas, games, parking, cotton bedding.

Fixing broken blinds not a huge problem this time of year as winter, but longer days, the dAylight would disturb sleep quality.

Great decor. Warm. Comfy beds. Good lounge space .

Tatty window blinds not working properly . Parking pole can’t be lifted . ( a car not belonging to our group took the space at one point )

The hosts were perfect, email received when we arrived, with phone number to check all was OK. The location was great for local restaurants, shops, bars and bus into the centre of Brighton. The house itself was big, comfortable and warm, spotlessly clean. All beds very comfortable. The courtyard garden was a lovely bonus. I actually cannot fault my stay and will be returning in the summer months.

Nothing, a perfect stay.

"Excellent stay,made to feel very welcome,and would definitely go back again"

It was fantastic,very modern,and if honest we felt spoilt,the roof terrace is a lovely suntrap. It was located in a quite area which is a very short walk into the main road towards the pier. Best place we've stayed in,would defiantly book again. We had slight issue not knowing how to work microwave and coffee machine,but the host responded very quickly,popped around and showed us,very polite gentleman who made us feel very welcome.

There nothing we didn't like,we loved it.
